Dr. Lucy A. Ochola is a Clinical Pharmacist, researcher, and Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) leader with over a decade of experience advancing evidence-based strategies to address antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in low- and middle-income country (LMIC) settings.


Institutional Capacity Strengthening

He strengthens institutional capacity to mobilise and manage resources effectively, enabling sustainable delivery of AMR, One Health, and health systems strengthening programmes. His work enhances transparency, efficiency, and accountability in programme execution and reporting.


Innovation

He applies adaptive project management systems and results-based tracking tools that improve monitoring, evaluation, and reporting efficiency. He promotes integrated planning approaches that ensure coherence between donor expectations and field-level implementation realities.


Policy Contribution

He supports alignment of funded programmes with national and regional One Health and AMR strategies. He contributes to strengthening resource mobilisation frameworks and policy engagement to advance sustainable financing for health security and resilience initiatives.
